Would not recommend, did not include wifi or washing machine

I stayed here for 4 weeks while rotating at Davis medical center and did not have wifi for the entire time. It hadn't even been installed despite the listing saying it was included. Additionally, my washing machine was broken for all 4 weeks and coordinating with the rental agency/landlord was quite difficult. I gave them permission to provide access to the maintenance people while I was at the hospital but came home multiple times to notes saying maintenance came but no one was there to let them in. On top of all that, despite not providing wifi or a working washing machine, the landlord was unwilling to provide any rent reduction or financial compensation. I would not recommend staying here even if the wifi and washing machine were fixed because I believe the way they handled my situation speaks to how they would handle future rental issues that may arise.

Daniel, Unfortunately the washing machine was not broken for the past 4 weeks that you stayed at the property. My property manager told me that you did not let them know that the washer machine was not working until the last day you moved out, and asked them for a refund of the rent. Regarding the wifi,, I personally scheduled 6 appointments with Comcast during 4 weeks stay, and you did not provide any access for Comcast technician to come in, and take a look at the wifi to see what is the problem, nor did you provide any access to the property manager to come in, and provide access to Comcast technician to come in and take a look at the wifi. At the end of your stay you wanted me to provide rent reduction for washing machine that you never told the property manager that was not working during your 4 weeks stay until the time you checked out, and never provided access to the Comcast technician to come in and take a look at the wifi. If you would let the property manager know that the washer was not working at any time during your stay, she would take care of it immediately since the washer and dryer are brand new and have warranty. If you provided access to the Comcast technician, or let the property manager to come in, and provide access to the Comcast technician for 6 times that I scheduled appointments for Comcast technicians to come in and take a look, wifi would not have any issues. Cancelling 6 Comcast technicians appointments to come an and take a look at the wifi was a waste of technicians time, and my time, and no one appreciates that. I appreciate if you tell the truth when writing a review. Reviews go both ways, so it is very important that are truthful and accurate.
