Quiet, peaceful residential neighborhood with large lots, mature trees, and plenty of space between homes. Safe and walkable, great for unwinding after long shifts. Very central location with restaurants, pharmacies and essential services just minutes away.
Comfortable room with a bathroom
I stayed here for 3 months. It was clean, simple and had everything I needed. During the months of January and February it was a bit cold. I would notify the owner and she would adjust the temperature accordingly. The couple was very hospitable and accommodating. Definitely a great experience overall.
Perfect for travel nurses safe, clean, and close to the hospital!
I am staying at this property for 1 month while on contract at Lee Memorial Hospital. The room was exactly as described clean, fully furnished, and very comfortable. The landlord was responsive and made move-in super easy. The neighborhood felt safe and was only a 10 minutes walk from the hospital, with plenty of stores nearby. Wi-Fi was strong, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the quiet hours were respected. Overall, Id absolutely recommend this rental to other traveling professionals and would stay again if I return to Fort Myers.
