Perfect location nestled between Pacific beach and La Jolla

We (2 adults 1 dog) have had various stays across the country for extended time periods. This was hands down the greatest living situation and kindest landlord we have dealt with. The condo was beautiful, excellent location, extremely clean. We had an AC issue and the owner immediately ordered a new one no questions asked. Any minor issue we had he would fix 10 fold. We left a few items in the unit and he was even so kind to ship them to us. I can't recommend this place enough.

A MUST spot in North PB!

We stayed here for the month of June, and it was the perfect spot for me, my husband, and our mini Goldendoodle. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for an extended stay. The building amenities were fantastic and always clean. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and grilling area. Having laundry on the same floor was incredibly convenient, and the balcony was a great place to relax. The portable A/C unit was a nice touch. And I have to mention the toilet was so fancy - hard to go back to a regular one. There were plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and the beach was just a few blocks away, making it easy to enjoy daily walks by the water. Dave was wonderful to work with throughout our stay. He was friendly, responsive, and always helpful whenever we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay!

Great place in a great neighborhood

The goal for our July in San Diego was a quiet, walkable, residential life with our pup, Jack. Dave and his place and the neighborhood delivered. The space has a great vibe and everything we needed to be connected. Dave was attentive, responsive, and accommodating. July 4 evening picnic at Kate Sessions Park will be a lifelong memory. The scooters were an unexpected highlight, too. We felt like a kids again, winding through neighborhoods along the coast as dusk set in. Thanks, Dave, for making our summer vacation wonderful.

Loved it here

My partner and I stayed here for 3 months and everything was so wonderful. The place itself is beautiful and has good energy, lots of space, good views and is quiet. There are also plenty of amenities in the building that made the experience even better. David was super easy to work with as well, always responded quickly when we reached out. The location is great as well and is nice walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. All around great stay and highly recommend to anyone interested!
