Wonderful Stay and Hosts

I stayed here for 6 months during a work contract, and really couldn't have asked for better accommodations or hosts. The location is wonderful and super central to everything LA. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond to any questions or help I needed. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great stay in LA.

Comfortable Studio

Beautiful bright studio. Bed was comfortable, good consistent hot water, and nice furnishings. Very well kept. Would recommend!

An Absolute Gem The Kind of Place (and People) Youll Never Forget!

I truly dont even know where to begin with how amazing my experience was staying here. From the moment I moved in, I felt completely at home. The owners and their wonderful assistant, Arlette, have been nothing short of angels kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. You can tell they genuinely care about their tenants and go above and beyond. My stay was short-lived due to personal/work-related reasons. However, I cannot stop raving about this house. The property is tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood with a private driveway, making you feel secure. The space is immaculate, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped, the living room is cozy, and views of palm trees from every window feel like a vacation at home. The bathroom is spotless, and the washer and dryer are huge. Close to downtown, shops, and restaurants, this place is a steal. Grab it before its gone you wont regret it!

Home away from home

I had a wonderful stay at this ADU for a couple of months. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, communication was always smooth and timely. The space itself was spacious, clean, and very accommodating, with everything I needed for a comfortable extended stay. The location is central, making it easy to get around, and parking was convenient. It was a great experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and well situated stay.

As a travel nurse, I stayed in this unit for months and had a great experience. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Best Place!!!

I travel for work and I absolutely loved my stay. It was completely private, calm, and peaceful. The unit is so nice, nicer than I expected. And Magdalena was so welcoming. I will definitely be coming back to stay here.
