Charming and Private Clemmons Retreat--Modern Basement Apartment with Outdoor Oasis

Felt like home!

I had such a wonderful experience with Andre and Tyona, this really felt like a home away from home! I ended up staying for 6 months and during the entire stay both were extremely responsive and welcoming with anything I needed. The apartment has everything you could need for your stay, even little things I wouldn't have thought about. The neighborhood felt very safe. I had no problem walking at any point durning the day. The neighbors were kind and welcoming as well. I loved the outdoors spaces to be able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. I had one minor hiccup during my stay where I had to wait and get my toilet fixed and during this time, Andre and Tyona were very responsive and timely with communicating with maintenance and they made sure I had alternatives so I had access to a bathroom. Communication about check in and check out was easy and thorough. Overall, my stay was perfect and I would definitely stay with them in the future!!

I had a fantastic stay at this furnished basement apartment! The place was beautifully updated and extremely clean. The bed is absolutely huge and incredibly comfortable. As a dog owner, I appreciated the quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for walks with dog. The calm atmosphere made our outings enjoyable and stress-free. Additionally, the basement setup provided excellent sound insulation, allowing for a peaceful stay. The landlords were respectful and accommodating, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay!

Great Place and Great People

My elderly father rented this apartment for a year and it was a great experience. Tyona and Andre were helpful, responsive and go above and beyond to ensure things are always right. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The only reason my father moved out was because he couldn't live independently any longer. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable place with landlords who care.
