Not the best experience

We booked this house for 6 weeks and paid in advance plus a security deposit. When we arrived we saw roaches in the kitchen. We contacted the landlord and he was quick in getting an exterminator out, but we kept finding roaches on the couch, in the bedrooms, and I saw one on our newborns bed. We informed Humberto that wed be moving out. He only returned 4 weeks rent instead of the other 5 because theres a clause in the lease that says no full refunds. My advice is dont sign the lease unless theres something stating you'd get the full amount back if there are roaches. The house is nice, but its definitely very old. Backyard is cute. Spare bathroom shower is impossible to get in, the vanity blocks the door. Master shower water gets lukewarm at best. Beds are comfortable. Sketchy neighborhood. A piece of decor fell and broke and he charged us $120. The decor cost 10 at most. I tried to add both the positives and negatives. Overall, not a terrible place. I wouldnt stay here again.
