3-bedroom, 2-bath Home Lease 2/19-5/3/2025

Looking for a short-term renter(s) from 2/19 to the end of April (could extend a couple days). The space can either be (a) owner-occupied and a lease of two rooms for $1600 to a singular person or couple or (b) lease of all three bedrooms for $3000.
