Great Stay! Perfect for Working Around the Capitol

Stayed here, along with three other housemates, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything was well-furnished, which made the transition to Sacramento easier -- especially as several of us came from hours away. Having a home with an in-unit washer/dryer, a comfortable living room, and a lovely backyard made the house feel more welcoming. Moreover, I appreciated how Rob checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was going well, but he never showed up unannounced. Lastly, the location was perfect! There is a driveway with room for two cars. However, I spent most of my time walking around to get to places -- grocery stores, cafes, and my workplace. It was a walkable distance from the Capitol, and as a young woman, the area felt relatively safe, and the trees made the neighborhood even more beautiful. All of us were young professionals, but I believe this home can be great for guests of all ages and/or families. A great home and landlord!
