The house is a 1915 craftsman and has charm throughout. I recently moved in and will be living in the front of the house with my well behaved dog and cat. Although we will be sharing some communal spaces the house feels very private and large. Outside your unit is nice outdoor space with a lounge area and bbq for when it gets warmer. This lovely back bedroom features a private entrance and private bathroom. It is right off the kitchen and laundry room so feels very private and removed from the house. It has its own outside sitting area which will be lovely with the warmer weather.
Neighborhood overview
The 12th street district is walking distance to downtown and old town. With tree lined streets, this older neighborhood is very friendly and safe, lined with victorian and craftsman homes from the 1900s.

Relaxed paradise close to hospitals
Britney made my stay very comfortable throughout my contract. Parking, a private backyard, ensuite bathroom, furniture to unpack my clothes into, a fridge and kettle in my room, private television, all made this a secure little oasis away from work. A beautiful park is just a few doors down. It is close to many amenities and a 7 minute drive from the hospitals. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful room in a great neighborhood
I stayed for a month and loved this room, the host and the neighborhood. The room is very private and has everything I needed (private bathroom, private entrance, closet space etc). The neighborhood is incredible walkable with so many good restaurants and activities close by. Britney is an incredible host! She made my stay so pleasant and I felt very comfortable. 100% would stay again!
