Connie and Gil are amazing hosts. Upon arrival, they kindly provided grocery essentials (eggs, milk, etc.) to make sure I had food while I navigated Seattle for the first time. Their apartment was immaculate - extremely well taken care of, beautifully designed, and furnished with kitchen, bath, and cleaning essentials. Both Connie and Gil are extremely friendly, responsive, and respectful of privacy which ultimately contributed to a relaxing stay where I felt comfortable and could focus on work during my time here. Of note, upon learning I had bad allergies, they even made sure to wash all carpets, bedding, and upholstery very thoroughly prior to my arrival. I highly recommend this apartment without reservation. Thank you!

Beautiful place to stay close to Seattle Children's

If you're looking for a quiet and pleasant place to stay near Seattle Children's Hospital, I highly recommend this apartment. It's about a 15-minute walk through a beautiful neighborhood with amazing views of Lake Washington and the mountains. Connie and Gil are wonderful hosts-very kind and friendly! They were always quick to respond and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. The apartment is perfect for one person and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. Connie provided a helpful folder with clear instructions for all the appliances, which made things so easy. The pictures are 100% accurate-it's a lovely, newly renovated basement apartment.
