Fantastic landlord
The owner,Miss Angela is wonderful, especially when compared to my previous furnished finder landlord… She was very much a pleasure! Such an important part of any furnished finder location is the owner She was always receptive for any questions or concerns I had, with a fantastic personality It is an older home and the furnishings probably need to be updated, but it’s very clean, a great neighborhood and convenient to downtown Memphis… About a seven minute drive for me The only complaint I have about the property, I did not have control of the thermostat. However, Miss Angela was always quick to make any changes I requested. There was never a difference of opinion between myself and the other first floor tenants, so it worked out well Overall I would recommend

Convenient
Awesome host. Comfortable stay. No issues. No parking issues felt safe at all times. This place is in the heart of Memphis.

Fantastic!
What a cozy spot, great host and great location. So close to many amazing places to eat. Close to great entertainment. I had the best time here. Would absolutely go back if ever in the area.
