This is the cutest casita (guesthouse)! Comfortable and with everything you will need for your short stay.
It is a new build and so EVERYTHING IS NEW. I have included everything I believe you might need.

This is a brand new build! New appliances. Stackable washer and dryer in the unit. A full kitchen and living area. Separate bedroom and walk-in shower in the tiled bathroom.
You get a kitchen table with seating for 2. A small sofa and side table. A smart TV in the living room area and console table right below it to store your keys or whatever.
