Loved staying here!

Stayed in Denver for 3-months and this place was perfect! Unit was exactly as described and well designed. Bed was comfortable and unit and kitchen had lots of storage space. Location! It was right off of S. Broadway with tons of shops and food within 1 block. There's a good mix of casual and finer dining plus so many thrift shops! You do hear loud motorcycle engines occasionally being that close to Broadway but that's an ok trade-off for being right there near so much stuff. Owners were friendly and very responsive. I had 1 issue with a sink not draining and they had it fixed within 24hrs no problem. It was a delight to talk with the owners when I ran into them! They are personable and have a ton of knowledge of the area and Colorado which was great for me being new to the area. I'm 39F and stayed there with my cat. Very walkable and safe area. I was never worried exploring and wandering. Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing stay!

I had an amazing stay at the Urban Oasis! It felt like a cozy and stylish retreat only a block off South Broadway's hip bar district. John and Karen are very nice and helpful. Great space to work remotely with super-fast wifi. I would definitely stay here again!
