Space
This is a fully private space, including your own laundry off the kitchen. You have a lovely covered front porch with table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors with a private mountain view. There is a large fenced backyard to use as well.
The pictures are just about accurate, but there is a different and newer leather couch. The TV in the living room is not there, but one in the bedroom now.
Neighborhood overview
This house is situated in a lovely walkable neighborhood set in West Asheville near Pizza Mind and Archetype Brewery. The house itself is set back on a cul-de-sac and very private and quiet. There are lots of restaurants, breweries, and cafes within walking distance.
Mission hospital is 3.0 miles away. There isn't any flood damage in this part of town (West Asheville) nor in the house itsefl.
