Stand Alone Barndominium - Country Living, Close to Everything

Great Experience!

Our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer! Carroll and Sharon made our stay in Kentucky truly unforgettable. Their hospitality was exceptional, and they provided an experience unlike anything else you'll find in the area. Their beautiful property had everything we needed to feel right at home. It didn't feel like a short-term rental; it felt like a true home away from home. We couldn't have asked for better hosts and hope someday we have the chance to come back and visit. Thank you again for having us and for the great experience!

The best!

If I could've stayed forever, I would have. I absolutely love the Barndaminium, the property and the landlords! It is very spacious, cozy and has everything you would need. The property is beautiful! I loved taking walks, being at the pool in the summer or sitting on the deck. It was very peaceful. You are close to stores and restaurants, but far enough away to feel removed from the business of the city. I had to take call at UK hospital and it was close enough to easily make my 30 minute call back time (most of the time I could get there in 15ish minutes). The landlords - I cannot say enough good things about them. They were welcoming and so kind. I had absolute privacy, but they were right there if I ever needed anything. If there was anything I needed or something of concern (which was very little if at all), it was addressed immediately. I highly recommend staying at the Barndaminium!

The Rays made my stay here in Lexington even more enjoyable. The location is close to hospitals and shopping. The barn is just far enough out for a quiet atmosphere with privacy and security included. The unit is spacious with many amenities that the Rays selflessly share with their guests. I intend on booking again in the future!!

Loved it.

I could not be happier with my stay at the barn dominium. The property is charming, clean and safe and the grounds are beautiful. I love the privacy and how close it is to everything. The owners could not have been nicer and I like that they are next-door if you need them, but otherwise keep to themselves.

The Barn

Had to move out after 1 month very musty. Also had a ceiling leak in extra bedroom. I am highly allergic to mold and could not see out of my eyes while at the barn. Landlord doesn't think door should be locked when you are gone. Road beside is very dangerous and loud at all hours.
