Great place to stay

If you are looking to be in East Nashville this is the place for you. Its walking distance to some of Nashvilles best offerings. The Basement East is across the street. I met so many music industry pros at No Quarter I almost couldn't believe it. People you probably listen to or at least heard of (if you are into music like that). Same with Lakeside Lounge. All of this is walking distance from this place. Besides bars, there are so many nationally recognized restaurants and food trucks close by. There is always something to do and if you get tired of whats close by, a 5-10 minute car ride provides even more great experiences. I was originally looking at a place in Wedgewood Houston but I'm glad I chose East Nashville instead. You will be too! The studio is comfortable. Everything you need is provided. I cooked in the kitchen and never felt like "I wish I had (x)." All in all, a nice cozy place you get to yourself in one of the best parts of Nashville. 10/10 no complaints.

Coziest place to stay!

I had the best experience living here for a couple of months! Tenants were so so helpful and kind and I had everything I needed! I felt very comfortable and safe the entire time! All the amenities and supplies you could need!

Short term stay - would recommend!

I stayed at Rebekah's rental property for 3 months and had a fantastic experience! The property itself was exactly as pictured, very well maintained, and had all the essentials I needed for my stay. It's walking distance to many local favorite restaurants and bars. I have felt very safe walking the neighborhood during both the day and night. Rebekah was a wonderful host, very quick with communication and ensured I was comfortable during my stay. Rebekah and her husband also had many great recommendations for places to visit while in Nashville. Though the rental itself is in close proximity to the main house, I still felt I had privacy during my stay. I highly recommend staying at Rebekah's rental property.
