This unit is a completely refinished basement 1-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, in a 1927 house with private fenced back yard.

This is a one-bedroom with a full / double bed, so comfortable for a single person or a couple. There is a sofa sleeper (also full / double) in the living room if you want to be able to accommodate a guest. Hollywood is a vibrant commercial district. Our house is 3 blocks from the main commercial street, so we benefit from proximity while enjoying a quiet residential street. We are very close to Broadway Medical Clinic and Providence Medical Center. Light rail transit (a few blocks from our house) makes for easy travel to downtown and OHSU.

Fantastic Retro Suite in a Cozy Neighborhood
If you love the retro vibe from the 60-70's this place is for you. cute 1 bedroom with a full kitchen (which is important when you are staying longer term). Allison and her family have been wonderful hosts. The neighborhood is so lovely as well - lots of stuff within walking distance, the entire area is very retro with lots of shops, places to go for walks, grab a few groceries or a slice of pizza before heading back to your home away from home.
