I had a great stay at Nicks place! The apartment layout is really comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and walk-in closet that made it easy to settle in. The grocery store right next door was incredibly convenient, and I loved having coffee shop & cafes right out the door. Parking in the secured garage was stress-free and such a perk in downtown. This is a great choice if youre planning to stay longer in San Diego!

AMAZING long term stay!

My long term stay at Nicks urban hut was exceptional! A true gem! It was spotless upon arrival & in the best location, walkable to everything! Nick has thought of every detail for a long term stay & clearly puts alot of effort into providing a great stay for his guests! Nicks welcome booklet he provides is also super helpful, which provides recomendations for restaurants, & things to do. The building is safe, and has a great amenities including a gym (with everything youd need), & a cool rooftop area with amazing views. It also is a huge bonus that this place comes with a free parking space as well in a secured garage. Thank you, Nick..cant wait to come back!
