Generous host and lovely Mansion
Barbara is an excellent host who really goes above and beyond. I feel really lucky to have found this place. If I needed something, Barbara went out of her way to find it. She often cooked the odd meal for the guests in the house or her daughter Avery baked a cake. Barbara and her daughter Avery were lovely roommates. The house itself is very beautiful and large. It's located in one of the most green and picturesque neighborhoods in Baltimore and is well maintained. The third floor space is very private. Barbara let me use a very nice office space on the third floor, where there is also effectively a second living room. The kitchen is enormous and modern. Everything in the house is of very high quality, from the pots and pans to the furniture. There's a large wrap around porch with a lovely view. Deer come to feed there daily. There are many friendly cats in the house, which I found charming. I can't recommend this place enough.
Luxurious, spacious mansion with a lovely host
I stayed here for 5 weeks for my clinical rotation at Sinai Hospital as a medical student. The house is within a 10-minute drive to the hospital. This is a 3-story mansion in the beautiful and calm neighborhood of Roland Park. The host is lovely, considerate and supportive, and is highly responsive to any feedback or questions. There was everything I needed, from a quiet environment for studying to a luxury chef's kitchen that's perfect for cooking. There are also lovely cats in the house. I definitely recommend this place and stay here again if I come to Baltimore.
