Modern and Centrally Located 1BD/1BA ADU Oasis in LA - Utilities and Amenities Included

Would stay here again!

The place was perfect for a 3 month stay close to one of my optometry school rotations. It had everything I needed to feel welcomed and I especially loved the amenities. No issues with parking and I felt very safe in this neighborhood. Rochelle was incredibly accommodating and always quick to respond to my needs. The only thing I would improve on was the access to Wifi because it is weaker in the bedroom but everything was so wonderful! I would 1000% stay here again if needed~

Rochelle was kind and always super accommodating. She was quick to respond if I had any questions. The unit is exactly as pictured. The amenities were great to have and made for easy living. The space was the perfect size for me. Location makes everywhere in LA super accessible. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Loved it here

Rochelle was such an amazing host. Extremely considerate and calm. The place was very comfortable with all modern amenities, spotless and quite spacious, neatly put together. A home away from home. The location was ideal. Mid city and accessible to every place possible. Public transportation was also nearby. Will definitely return when I revisit Los Angeles. 1000/10 recommended

Just Perfect!

This place is absolutely perfect! Ive stayed here twice and loved it both times. Its spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with excellent amenities and a fantastic location. Rochelle is a wonderful host!!! Responsive, kind, and quick to resolve any issues. Everyone here was a pleasure to interact with. I honestly cant think of a single negative thing to say. Truly an outstanding space!
