Quiet, private 3 room-suite in Andover

Great hosts and very comfortable space

This property is exactly as described and more. The amenities are top notch and my month long stay here was so nice. The hosts Cindy and Chris are incredibly friendly and accommodating. My stay here was perfect. The hosts went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and felt right at home. During inclement weather I even had a perfectly shoveled path out to my car which was just one of the unexpected extras. I highly recommend this property if you need a nice clean quiet spot to stay in Andover. I needed nothing. From linens to shower products to snacks! Everything was at my fingertips.

Wonderful Private Apartment-Like Feel

My son stayed here last summer for 3 months while doing an internship for Raytheon. Cynthia and Chris were so accommodating and helped my 21 year old out by checking on him and helping him out of he needed it. The finished basement had a large bedroom with closet with enough room for a single person or couple comfortably. There was a small kitchenette with a college size refrigerator and all the utensils you could need. The bathroom had a shower that worked well and no issues. There is no stove but he was able to use an air fryer for all his cooking needs. There are laundromats close by and many restaurants within driving distance for every palate taste. Cynthia was kind enough to put together a few sheets listing restaurants, laundromats, malls, beaches, etc that are all in driving distance. I couldn’t have asked a better place for him to stay, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quiet private place for your short or long term needs.
