A great location, friendly building tenants and comfortable apartment! I spent nearly 7 months here (even extended my time by a couple of months). Nathon was super reachable for any issue that popped up and quick to get things fixed if needed. The apartment is also spacious enough for guests and the building has a rooftop with great views! Would highly recommend booking this spot.

Fantastic Stay!

I rent this apartment for about 3 months and had a lovely stay! The location is great, right near the waterfront. You are walking distance to most tourist attractions in the city (Space Needle, Museum of Pop Culture, Pike's Place etc.) , shops/restaurants in lower Queen Anne and multiple grocery stores. There are multiple bus stops a few minutes walk from the building and the unit comes with a spot in a covered parking garage as well. The area is relatively safe, but Seattle does have a homeless population, so watch out for that. The apartment itself is well maintained and very spacious, with a pull-out couch to host guests, a well-stocked kitchen and a desk area. The roof of the building looks out over the water and is a lovely place to watch the sunset! In general, I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to be in Belltown.
