Private Bedroom w/ Semi Private Bath in a home w/ shared kitchen, swimming pool, and laundry facilities!

Don't Be Fooled.

Do NOT rent this place. The landlord has zero respect for boundaries; he came in without notice and hung around like he lived there. There was a hole in the kitchen wall, unaddressed rat issue, and overall poor living conditions that were never addressed. The pool was advertised as an amenity, but it was unusable all summer despite being promised cleaners (still got charged for it). On top of all that, the landlord was discriminatory and completely inconsiderate in how he treated certain tenants. This was an uncomfortable, unprofessional, and frustrating experience from start to finish. I wouldnt recommend this place or this landlord to anyone.
