Charming Apartment in Hartford's West End - Near Hospitals & UConn Law

Great landlord!

We were the first renters in this apt and had a great experience! We booked this place from Europe to facilitate our move from the Netherlands to Connecticut. Jake was very communicative and we could move right in coming off the plane. Jake was also flexible working with us wrt rent payment (esp when we hadnt set up local bank accounts yet). We rented the apt for about 7 months and Jake has been very responsive resolving any issues, and always up for a friendly chat. The place has worked out very well for us - it has a central location, friendly neighbors, and is a 10-15 min walk from elizabeth park. We stayed here with our 3yo daughter, who enjoyed playing in the yard and hanging out on the bench on the porch.
