James Island Sanctuary w/Multiple Routes to Downtown

I've been home for nearly a week and I'm still missing Andrea's home on James Island. Perfectly-appointed MiL suite that was spotless and includes everything for comfortable living in CHS, even down to the stand-up desk, air fryer, beach towels, etc. I may have even bought the shower head in her bathroom to install at home. As someone who works remote, it was absolutely ideal. The location is also stellar in a mature neighborhood near stores, gyms, restaurants, etc. on Folly Rd. but set-back enough that you only wake up to the bird and squirrels each morning, on your own private patio & entrance. Andrea is kind, incredibly-flexible and hospitable, and stellar with communication & making you feel welcome. I highly-recommend staying with her without reservation and do plan to return. Nice private room

I stayed here for 3 months while on assignment in Charleston. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The home is a quick 15 minutes into the city and the beach is also close. Everything was perfect for my arrival, Andrea even made sure I had coffee, cream, and water for my first day. All I needed in terms of dishes, silverware etc was there for me. There is a private entrance, WiFi, tv, an awesome shower and an adjustable bed. We arranged Laundry days amongst ourselves and that was never an issue. There is a lovely private patio separate from the backyard. Andrea is an awesome host. Im sure youll enjoy your stay here, I couldnt have asked for anyplace better.

I lived here during a travel contract for work, and I was so lucky I did! The house is in a beautiful, safe, friendly and quiet neighborhood (perfect for walking/running). The location was perfect, less than a 15 minute drive to downtown. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurant choices close by. The room itself was so comfortable and very spacious. Huge closet space with plenty of hanging room, large dresser drawers, streaming services on the TV, plastic and glassware for eating, air fryer, microwave, and toaster oven for cooking, fridge and freezer with plenty of storage room, and so much more. The space is extremely private with your own entrance and closed in patio. I spent a lot of time out on the patio, it's so nice in the evenings! The space is also very quiet and clean. I guarantee you will feel at home here. I stayed for almost 6 months and I never once felt unsafe, uncomfortable, or without something I needed.
