Great place with a Great View!
Sandy and Paul are amazing hosts! We arrived in the end of January as we were between houses. The house was perfect for my wife and I and our two cats. Everything we needed was already there. They even allowed us to store some stuff downstairs. The area is beautiful with a great view of the lake, sunrises are amazing. The take great care of their property and are quick to respond if there is an issue. We will miss the house and the neighbors. Oh the driveway is plenty big for 3 cars.

5 stars- Could not ask for more
We could not ask for more! This property is in a beautiful area of Peabody, safe, with a gorgeous pond to look at with benches, playgrounds and tiny library to exchange books. As we moved in, we continued to say, this is great, that is great, including a handheld shower, kitchen well stocked including popcorn, coffee, mixer, blender, immersion blender and more. The neighbors are friendly, including the hosts of this property, that would address any small issues we had immediately and with great-friendly attitude. If you rent, you are in for a treat with hospitable hosts. We would come back in a heartbeat. 5 stars in our opinion!

Amazing Home Outside of Boston
We stayed here for a 3 month contract at Cambridge health. It was a quick commute to everything in 20 mins. The house is Beautiful and had everything you need also plenty of room for all your stuff to. Sandy and Paul were absolutely the greatest landlords. Literally anything you needed it was there. They are an extention of your family here. Sandy also watched my fur baby like it was her own while i was away on vacation Highly recommend you choose them to stay with. Thank you Sandy and Paul!!
