It is located in a very quiet and safe area. Worked out very well for me. Landlord was very helpful and took care of me during my stay. Would recommend any of there places

Short contract at OSF

Not only was this home SUPER close to the hospital (OSF) but it was clean, well stocked and in a peaceful safe neighborhood. It took less than 5 minutes to get to the hospital, grocery store, YMCA and many other places. I was impressed with how well the kitchen and bathroom were stocked and I never once heard the upstairs tenants during my 3-ish weeks in this home. The AC worked wonderfully, the water pressure was great and the bed was comfortable. The screened in front porch was a bonus for coffee in the morning and the backyard was very cute. The host was easy to contact and was helpful / left thoughtful snacks in the fridge for my arrival. It was a very easy stay and if I get a contract in Bloomington again I would be very pleased to stay here! It felt safe enough to walk the neighborhood in the morning and having my own parking spot, not just street parking was a bonus. Thank you!
