I love this place
I stayed in Eric's property for 3 months. This cute place was clean and had what I needed to be safe and comfortable. Eric took great care of me when I contacted him because I had a horrible experience with my previous landlord. I'm from the south and wasn't used to the snow. I was on call and I went to my car, and behold, Eric had cleaned the parking lot and cleaned off my car. My husband and I are forever grateful for Eric's kindness and care he's given me since my stay here.

Great Experience!
Had a wonderful stay here! Apartment had everything I needed for the month I was here. Eric was always very easy to reach and very helpful. Would stay here again if I came back.

Don't expect your deposit back
I stayed here and put a $500 deposit and $100 cleaning fee and the landlord ERIC blocked me when I moved out and still haven't returned my money after him saying he would over a week ago. I always paid early or on time but he don't do the same. I plan to sue for my $1120+
