Fully equipped, cute cottage

This landlord is friendly and responsive. I appreciated her checking on me when a storm hit that could have knocked out power. The cottage is comfortably furnished, with a fully stocked kitchen. Use of the shed for storage was a bonus. This local single lady felt safe walking the neighborhood to the large park, library and historic Sallevile District. The area restaurants and seafood market are worth visiting. 10 out of 10.

Quiet perfection

This adorable house is just 15 minutes away from downtown New Orleans and the French Quarter. Its far enough away to have peace and quiet but close enough for a weekend escape. This neighborhood is lovely, lots of first responders in the area so I felt very safe. A grocery store is right up the street also. The house is lovely, spacious and the decor is very aesthetically pleasing. Upon moving in the garden was well cared for. The landlord takes great care of the property and is very easy to communicate with. 10 out of 10.
