Spacious Private Efficiency

Fantastic!

April is such a genuinely sweet and caring person. Her and her animals made me feel right at home while my family and pets were in another state. Very open with communication, willing to work and be flexible when need be. And just all around fantastic. Moving to a whole new city where you don't know anyone or anything can be so stressful, but this cozy apartment did feel like home, and April made me feel welcomed to the area and had plenty of insights for local things to check out and do while I learned the area. 10/10 I'm so grateful to her and this apartment and the little quiet community she has here for making such a big and scary move so manageable.

Amazing stay!

I had a great experience living in this unit. The unit is incredibly spacious and has everything you need for a lengthy stay. I even had enough space to do at-home workouts in the gigantic living room and the large bedroom. The owner is incredibly friendly and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend booking your long-term stay here!

Spacious Country living

Beautiful home overlooking a small pond. Very quiet and spacious. All amenities available, and if anything is needed owner/landlord is easily accessible and accommodating. Thank you for sharing your home with me!

Great place to stay

Beautiful and spacious living arrangements in a Country setting. House is 1/4 mile off of a main road sitting next to a beautiful pond. Lots of area for a dog to run and to sit and relax after work. The owner is very friendly and the neighbors make you feel like you are family. As a nurse traveler, this is in the top 2 places I have stayed. April has thought of most everything and is very accommodating to any needs that may arise. The apartment is furnished beautifully and top of the line appliances. I feel very blessed to have found this place and made it my home over the past several months.
