An epic summer stay!

First and foremost, John is very attentive. When I had a question, John almost always responded within the hour. The house is great. The neighborhood is unbeatable. I was new to Portland and had a summer associateship downtown. Downtown is 15 minutes from the house. Multnomah Village is a hidden gem. Walking distance to morning coffee or Sunday brunch. My dog, Taft, enjoyed the nearby dog parks. I highly recommend Johns place! Perfect set up, the back door has a screen which was nice for breezier days. The skylights in the house were awesome for rainy days (you could hear the rain which I enjoyed!). There is not central AC. However, John provided me with an LG in-unit AC that kept the house cool on those hotter summer days. There is a heating furnace that works very quick for those colder mornings. Ive stayed lots of places with work, and Johns attentiveness, the house itself, and the neighborhood remain unmatched.
