Designer Apartment downtown San Antonio, Historic Neighborhood

Wonderful place!

I had a wonderful experience staying here and can highly recommend both the apartment and the landlord. The apartment was exactly what I needed - comfortable, well equipped, and in a great location. I felt at home from the beginning. What I appreciated most was the communication with Juan and Olivia. They were always friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Whenever I had a question or something needed attention, they responded immediately and took care of it quickly. Everything was handled in a professional, reliable, and uncomplicated way. I truly enjoyed living here and would absolutely rent from Juan again. I am very grateful for such a positive experience and can wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in San Antonio.

Incredible Stay

Stayed here as a travel nurse and it was perfect! It had everything I needed. Juan is very responsive and kind as a landlord. The only complaint I had was the kitchen gets really warm when you use the oven (especially if it is summer) and since I worked night shift I would've added darker curtains! All and all the bed is super comfortable as well as the pull out couch! Location is prime and a super safe area with very nice neighbors! Will definitely be staying here again if I come back to San Antonio!
