One Bedroom & Bath - Very Close to UNMH, Presbyterian Hospital & Kirtland Air Force Base

1-mo stay in Nob Hill

I had recently moved from out-of-state for a job and was in need of a transitional home. Stephen was super amazing, accommodating, and friendly the whole time throughout my stay and made the experience very homey while I was getting to know the area. The room was private and super comfortable with a bathroom that looks absolutely beautiful. There is also access to the patio which is nice to sit out in with the many books available to read from. Getting to hang out with the pets is also such a big plus! There are many food places within a walking distance and the neighborhood is beautiful to explore in the meantime. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and comfortable for the time I was there. One of the greatest places to stay at in a very nice area!

What a great home!

I spent 6 weeks here while between leases and had a fantastic time! The home has plenty of comfortable space, tidy kitchen, clean bathroom, quiet bedroom with black-out curtains. The layout offers lots of personal space and privacy. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, and walking distance from all the Nob Hill dining and fun: one of the nicest areas I've lived in Albuquerque! Stephen was a great host/roommate! Very respectful, on top of things, and accommodating with me working from home. I highly recommend you stay there, you will love it too!

A Cozy Retreat

My "Home away from Home",while I transitioned, for 1 month, was a true blessing. The location is the best,walkable to many fun food places,,including shopping.On my walks, I was waved to and even chatted with the neighbors. The house is very roomy, with much privacy afforded on the "rental" side of the house. It s extremely quiet for sleeping, great ventilation with 2 windows in the room, and the private bathroom is very appreciated. I was a bit nervous, renting in a strangers home, but almost instantly, I felt comfortable. Stephen is gracious, warm and a wonderful housemate. He was always quick to help ,,and I felt totally safe and relaxed very quickly. The backyard is huge ,, and a wonderful place to relax. I would totally return if I needed a place in ALbuquerque.
