The best feature of this rental unit is it's central location and walkability. On a good traffic day, one can get most places around the city in about 20 minutes or so. Located within a family house, there is also shared outdoor spaces and garden that the tenant is welcome to use. Miller Park with athletic field, courts (pickleball) nearby.
This modern and eclectic space is located in a daylight basement of a family home with plenty of light. Because it seems to be important, there is no dedicated parking space ...only non-zone street parking nearby.
This space is located in a central Seattle residential neighborhood, close to transit, parks, stores and restaurants.
Amazing find walking distance to Broadway!
Annie and her family have been the most amazing hosts. They have an entire booklet dedicated to things they recommend around the neighborhood and places to check out! The bed was so comfortable and the blinds they have set up for the bedroom are perfect for any healthcare professionals that need to sleep during the day! In unit washer and dryer worked like a dream and any concern or questions I had were addressed almost if not immediately by Annie. I cannot recommend this property enough!!!
