Best Place I Ever Rented

This casita exceeded my expectations by far. The furniture, kitchen appliances, and decorations are thoughtful and make the space incredibly homey. As a first time traveler, I was incredibly comfortable and felt right at home despite never living in AZ before. The neighborhood is peaceful and just right down the road from downtown Gilbert, which is a nice area for all ages! There are so many nice cafes and restaurants in the area to enjoy as well. There is a beautiful and fenced backyard with a small fire pit and patio furniture. Terri and her husband Oscar are the nicest landlords I've ever had and truthfully treated me like family rather than a tenant, which i appreciated more than they know especially living away from friends and family. Terri is also very responsive via text or call if needed! I'm confident whoever lives here will have a hard time finding anything negative to say about this rental!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very comfortable and clean, especially the beds and pillows, and the furnishings made the space feel relaxing and well put together. One of the things we appreciated most was having a washer and dryer available—it made it easy to pack lighter and do laundry during our stay. The location is excellent, just minutes from downtown Gilbert where you can find so many great restaurants and fun nightlife. It was the perfect spot to relax while still being close to everything. Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely visit again!
