What this property offers
The studio is at the rear of the house overlooking the backyard. Renters have complete privacy and access to the deck and to the washer and drier which are in the basement. There is also a ceiling fan in addition to a/c. Please see photos for best descriptions.
We have You Tube TV which provides a large variety of channels.
The studio has a queen bed. The rental is meant for just one person, however, occasional very short-term guests are welcome.
Laurelhurst is a century-old, tree lined neighborhood with single-family homes featuring one of the best parks in the city. Bus line and MAX rapid transit are easily walkable, as are points of interest such as easy access to the freeway, Trader Joes, Starbucks and 24 Hour Fitness. In addition, Laurelhurst is only 3 miles from downtown Portland.
