I live in a townhome which is 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath end unit. Since I am on the end, it means extra windows for natural lighting. The guest room faces toward the mountain range. I have great, friendly, and quiet neighbors and am expecting the same from the person that rents from me.
Common TV in the main room. Amazon Prime is provided. You are welcome to attach your own subscription to other programs if you desire.
I am only looking to rent to one male. The following common areas would be shared: laundry, kitchen, dining, and living room.
Quiet neighborhood of townhomes and condo. There is a community pool available in the summer.
