Perfect NYC spot!

Our stay at Joe's place was great! The apartment was spacious and bright, we loved the windows in the living room. It was plenty of space for two people and the standing desk was great for working remote. Location was super convenient, near many grocery stores and train stations, and the ferry. Joe was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely 1 bedroom in Kips Bay

I stayed here in September for a month while doing a rotation at NYU hospitals. The apartment was super clean, quiet, and very conveniently located. Steps away from restaurants, bars, and Trader Joes! Would highly recommend staying here if you are considering visiting NYC for an extended period of time. I'll hopefully be able to return!

Summer Stay

My partner and I loved staying here for 3 months in the summer. The apartment was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and the host worked with us for everything we needed and was very responsive. Access to food, transportation, and anything else we could have needed was right nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing stay! 10/10!

This lovely apartment was perfect for my stay in NYC. Everything was as described - filled with sunlight, clean, well furnished, cozy and comforting. It's a proper one-bedroom apartment with a queen sized bed, compact but capable kitchen, full size dining table and a large living room. I absolutely loved the location - entrance on a tree-lined street off of a bustling avenue, lined with restaurants and shops. Just steps from a Trader Joes, several other grocery stores and a Target just a block or two away. I especially enjoyed all of the delicious NYC pizza restaurants in the neighborhood. An easy 15 minute walk to the center of midtown, around 5 minutes to the nearest metro station and several bus stops. Everything you need is practically on the doorstep! The host was extremely friendly and always available for any questions, although everything went so smoothly I hardly needed anything. It was a pleasure staying here and I would absolutely come back!
