Wonderful apartment, neighborhood, and host!

The apartment was lovely, especially the kitchen. All consumables (trash bags, paper towels, etc.) were well stocked and ready for move-in. Calahan was very quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had. We really enjoyed the neighborhood, especially the Tower Grove Park farmers market every Saturday morning! Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a short term stay in St. Louis.

This property was in a valuable location! Plenty to do right around the corner walking distance and plenty more in any other direction. I feel like I was right in the middle of where I wanted to be and felt pretty lucky! The hospital I worked at was a straight shot once I got on kingshighway! The place itself was perfect and literally had everything I needed or could want. The stairs are steep but I accepted them and wasn't a problem on day to day basis for me, just moving in and out. And beyond all that Calahan was an amazing landlord which helped with my first time experience having one and first travel contract. Again had all the things I needed--plenty of TP, paper towels and essential supplies. Accommodated me before I even got there by putting up blackout curtains because I was night shift. Communication was great with him! Would absolutely have to come back to his property if I could, because it definitely was sad to leave.

Truly Five Stars for location/quality

My husband and I stayed here with our dog while I worked at Barnes and I renewed my contract simply because we loved living here! Tower grove park (festivals, farmers market, etc) was a 5 minute walk away, theres a turf dog park that's a 5 minute walk in the other direction (reasonable membership fee). walkable to restaurants, pubs, brewery, coffee shops, and a small grocery store on Morgan Ford. 10 minute drive to Barnes hospital. street parking only, but plenty of space. INCREDIBLE landlord, he always responded promptly and was very reliable. He recently renovated this apartment so everything was BRAND NEW. lot of thought and care was put into this place, new appliances, quality sound proofing, comfy bed, sit/stand desk with monitor, nice towels, soaps, detergent, dishes, trash bags, etc were provided. neighborhood felt very safe! It's a second floor unit and the only thing we did not love was the stairs. 5 stars!
