Beautiful & convenient 3 Bdrm Apt with Parking & washer/Dryer

I'm giving this property 2 stars because the place itself was decent, but dealing with the property manager was extremely frustrating. From the day I moved in, my closet door would not open properly, leaving me with access to only about half of the closet. The property manager told me three separate times he would come fix it and never did, so I eventually had to remove the door from the hinge myself. My bedroom was also the only one of the three without AC, which made it miserably hot during the summer even after I bought a second fan. Parking was also a nightmare. I was under the impression that I would have a guaranteed parking spot, but instead I had to find street parking every day. During my 2.5-month stay, I ended up getting three parking tickets. Communication was often condescending rather than helpful. When we asked for help, he would make comments like, "I know you guys have never lived alone, but this is the real world," even though all of us had lived in our own apartm
