Maple Leaf is a quiet, friendly neighborhood of mostly single family homes. We've got a nice selection of coffee shops plus a few restaurants, a hardware store, 7-11, and yoga studio. But the best part is the park with views of Mt Rainier and downtown.

This cottage had everything I needed for my 10-month stay in Seattle, making it absolutely convenient and comfortable. The place is spacious, clean and quiet with private backyard. It is located in a quiet neighborhood thats easily accessible to bus stop, restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Parking spot is provided on the driveway for your car, which is the perk here in Seattle. Cheryl and Steve are wonderful hosts, quick to respond, very attentive, flexible, thoughtful and kind. I would definitely stay here again!
