A perfect East Bay Stay
Sinian has a beautiful, clean, and cozy home that was perfect for us and our pets while we were here for about 4 months. She had many thoughtful details and additions to make the stay very enjoyable. Our pups enjoyed the fenced in yard as well as the neighborhood for our daily walks. Sinian herself is also such a pleasure to communicate with and made sure we were accommodated at every step. Highly recommend!

Spacious, Comfortable, and Pet-Friendly
I stayed in this ADU for about 3 months and had a great experience. The high ceilings made the space feel open and inviting, much more like a real home than an ADU. It was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with modern appliances, perfect for a longer stay. My dog also enjoyed it here, plenty of room inside to move around and a nice yard for outdoor time, which was a big plus. The landlord was excellent: SX was friendly, welcoming, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. Id absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, pet-friendly, and well-maintained home away from home.
