High quality interior, kind host

We enjoyed our stay here. Interior has high quality appliances, clean, modern. Host is kind and accommodating. Only downside is that it's underground, so even with window wells, very little sunlight so it felt a little like a cave, especially because unit is not that big. Really liked the enclosed gym that the host allowed us to use.

Amazing location and apartment

We have traveled a bit around and used furnished finder at every place. I can say, this is one of the nicest places we have stayed at. It has all the amenities one needs to live comfortably and feel safe. My husband left for a few weeks and I felt very safe and with Jim upstairs and how the place is setup. Colorado Springs is a busy place with tons of stuff to do and this property is centrally located close to everything we needed. We used the onsite gym and it was great. The back yard has bbq grill, patio set, and fire-pit. Anytime we needed anything he communicated quickly and directly. He made everything so welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend! We loved our stay. Thank you Jim for everything.

Jim's place is the best!

We loved our stay at Jim's home. He was extremely flexible with our schedule as we were house hunting and my husband had a military deployment that kept getting rescheduled. Jim made it easy for us and gave us a sense of security that we would have a safe place to stay during that transition. Communication with Jim is always easy, direct, and he responds quickly. He adapted the apartment to everything we needed, including getting us a day bed for our mom to sleep on, and updating the exhaust fan in the kitchen. He was very quick to fix/replace/update anything that we asked. Overall it's a pretty quiet apartment, he put in noise abatement and it works pretty well. The backyard is super nice with the fire pit. It's a short walk to a nearby park with a playground for the kids. Also, the location is fantastic, it's close by to everything and easy to get to the highway to travel around town. We loved the 7 minute drive to Costco! It's a great spot for anybody new to town and we love Jim!
