Beautiful, safe, quiet apartment
I rented this apartment for a Travel nursing assignment mid-February, 2025. The photos on the website do not do it justice. Separate entrance leads downstairs to what's called a "basement apartment" but feels like a high-end penthouse. Beautifully appointed, the beds were comfortable, the linens provided high-end (and I'm a bed linen snob). The backyard and patio areas are beautiful, quiet and the off-street parking, plentiful. The landlord lives in the upper part of the home, completely separated from this unit. Gabrielle was very responsive, friendly and available to immediately address any concerns. If I work another contract in the North Denver area, I am most definitely coming back!
