This is an established and very centrally located neighborhood. Pretty much 10-15 minutes from everything. It is a lovely walking neighborhood, with lots of dogs getting their daily exercise. There are two walking/biking trails very close by, each under 10 minutes away by foot. There is a grocery store, gas station and hardware store, all walking distance. It's convenient, very quiet and peaceful.
