Multiple Issues

I stayed in this apartment for a month and a half. First two weeks had no issues. Third week I developed a rash all over my body that wouldn’t go away. I washed the bedding but still itched. Asked the owner to get new sheets for me which they did but still was itchy. I developed red bumps and rashes on my body which I had never gotten staying anywhere before. A month later I told the owner that I couldn’t stay there any longer. They offered to change out the beds or move me to a different location but I refused and wanted to just go back to my previous apartment. I asked for a refund for the remainder of my stay and they said they would give one but weeks have gone by and they still haven’t given me one. The rash has gotten better since leaving the apartment. There were also days that the apartment had no heat in the winter and piles of garbage filled the back due to thrash bin lost. I would highly recommended to avoid staying at this apartment or dealing with this owner at all cost.
