Beautiful Neighborhood

Great location and adequate housing. One thing I didn't notice before signing was the lack of oven. You must coordinate laundry use with landlord, which is heavily dependent on her schedule. The on premise parking is on the street on a gravel offshoot of the sidewalk. Also, I was planning on getting a pet during my stay, so I paid the pet deposit which is listed as "refundable" on furnished finder. I did not end up getting a pet and the landlord only gave me half of the deposit back.
