The guesthouse is at the back of our property, so well away from any Prospect Avenue street noise. Although it is part of our property, it is completely separate from any of our space. There is a lockable gate right next to the driveway that will take you directly into the patio area which is only for the use by guesthouse tenants. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and our neighbors are respectful.
