Best Stay In LandPark

You won't find a better property or host in the area. Carrie is absolutely wonderful and welcoming. The ADU is beautifully decorated with all of the essentials one would need. It is private, and Carrie is always thinking of cool ways to enhance the space. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and there is so much to do nearby. I stayed for 5 months and couldn't have been happier. Thank you, Carrie!

Treated like somebody special

A recently converted garage, so everything is new. First floor has living room, kitchen, and bathroom with walk-in shower. Second floor has bedroom and alcove with desk, including computer monitor. Spiral stairs in between. We were the second guest and treated as still trying it out, so the host willingly fulfilled our few suggestions for additional amenities. We managed without a regular dining table; if you want that, ask and I expect it will be provided. The all-in-one washer/dryer succeeds in getting clothing dry. The location is on a quiet street but only a 9-minute walk from the Broadway light rail station and within 5 more minutes to various Broadway restaurants, a Target, and a YMCA. The on-premise parking is the driveway, occupied by either the host or the guest, whoever gets there first, but the street parking is abundant, so we were happy to let the host use the driveway. And the host is very friendly and glad to help if you ever need anything.
