We had the immense pleasure of staying at Joseph's, and honestly, it was an experience worthy of a 5-star hotel. Two days before our arrival, I asked if there was a Nespresso machine. Joseph told me there was a traditional coffee maker, but without hesitation, he immediately ordered a new Nespresso machine. When we arrived, it was already set up, plugged in, ready to use, with welcome capsules! We have traveled all over the world, with extensive experience in rentals, but never have we been welcomed with such warmth and professionalism. Joseph isn't just a host; he welcomes you like family. Always available, attentive, and generous, he anticipates needs and exceeds expectations. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would without hesitation. Thank you, Joseph, for this perfect getaway.
